• Actively communicate with every guest including greeting, thanking, offering a choice of bag type, and performing any other courtesy guideline.
• Properly bag guests’ orders to ensure purchases are not damaged.
• Work well with all hosts and supervisors.
• Place guests’ purchases in grocery cart or hand bags to the customer and sincerely offer assistance to the guests vehicle.
• Perform price checks.
• Relay guest problems to supervisor.
• Retrieve carts from parking lot.
• Clean front end, break room, restrooms, lobby, parking lot, etc.
• Clean garbage and debris from carts and baskets.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts.
• Ability to bend and lift to load customer orders into cars.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
