We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment specialising in retail display, point-of-sale solutions, and bespoke visual merchandising. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of high-quality, innovative display solutions for leading UK retail brands.
Role OverviewAs a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications for display and POS projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, production, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and delivered to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop 2D and 3D CAD designs for retail displays, fixtures, and bespoke visual merchandising solutions.
- Work with project teams to translate concepts and client briefs into manufacturable designs.
- Ensure designs comply with safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Create technical drawings, assembly instructions, and material specifications.
- Review prototypes and support testing to ensure design functionality and durability.
