Job Description
As a HR Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. You will be responsible for providing HR guidance to management, implementing effective HR policies and procedures driving employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and case management.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance to management.
- Implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and performance management.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints.
- Stay updated with employment laws and regulations and HR best practice.
The idea candidate will have proven experience as an HR Advisor and will be fully CIPD qualified (Level
5) or equivalent. The successful candidate will have notable experience in employee relations and case work, performance management, capability, disciplinary hearings and absence management.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate the following attributes;
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and case management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
