Pay: £13.41 per hour, paid weekly

Contract Type:
Temp to perm

Hours:

Monday-Friday 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm, rotating weekly

Key Production Operative Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment proficiently, following established instructions and safety guidelines.
- Ensure production meets quality standards.
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collect finished product and prepare it for dispatch to the customer.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations and meet daily targets.
- Accurately complete production reports and other necessary documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of high-quality performance.

Skills Required:

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently.
- A strong understanding of health and safety practices within a production environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
