Ellesmere Port and Great Sutton

Dream Medical is working with the NHS trust to require a community nurse for a leg & ulcer and Doppler clinic. This is a part-time role starting ASAP until the end of September.

We are seeking an experienced nurse competent in comprehensive wound assessment, leg ulcer management, 4-layer compression bandaging, and Doppler assessments. Shifts are Monday 09:00-13:00, Wednesday 09:00-17:00, and Friday 09:00-13:00. You will be based at three venues around Ellesmere Port and Great Sutton.

Your role involves working as part of the community nursing team to provide high-quality, evidence-based, holistic nursing care to patients in the primary care setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care packages based on individual patient needs, under the guidance of the Community Nursing Clinical Lead. You may also undertake managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Clinical Lead.

• Community Nurse experience
• RGN Qualification
• NMC Registration and PIN
• Driving license and own vehicle
• References covering the last 3 years
