• Oversee day-to-day running of the shop.
• Prioritise customer service, dealing with donors and customers to keep the shop welcoming.
• Ensure donations are prepared and sorted ready for the shop floor, involving significant manual handling.
• Recruit and maintain a bank of skilled and general volunteers to help collect, sort, and prepare donations for sale.
• Establish links with local businesses, Salvation Army Corps and community individuals to provide donations and volunteer skills.
