In this role you will review drawings and project specifications, prepare accurate cost estimates, support tender submissions, liaise with suppliers, identify value-engineering options, produce detailed cost breakdowns and documentation, and assist with negotiations and project handovers. Some elements of buying will also form part of your responsibilities. Travel to sites will be required on occasion, and you will have use of a company works van for these visits.

Preparing accurate cost estimates and analysing drawings, tenders, and specifications
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to support competitive tender submissions
