Contracts Manager - Residential

Position: Contracts Manager - Residential (Permanent)
Ridgeway & Co are proud to be partnering with a leading Residential contractor based in Cambridge, with their search for a Contracts Manager with a strong track record in Residential projects.

You’ll oversee all live and upcoming projects, co ordinate on-site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors.

• Oversee M&E upgrades alongside joinery and finishing trades.

• Plan and manage site logistics, sequencing, and materials.

• Maintain and enforce high standards of health, safety, and quality.

• Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.

• Ensure works are completed on time and to specification.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering residential housing projects.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.

• Ability to drive programme delivery and solve problems proactively.

• Excellent communication and site leadership skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
