Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise, data analysis, and strategic thinking to enhance customer engagement, drive marketing initiatives, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Experience with marketing automation and system integration is a plus.
• Fluent in English (B2-C2).

Preferred Skills :

• CRM certification (Salesforce Administrator, Hub Spot CRM Certification, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing campaign tools and customer journey mapping.
