• Install, maintain, and repair equipment or machinery at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Provide clear and professional support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Complete service reports, documentation and updates in line with company procedures.
• Train end users on basic equipment operation and maintenance.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., technical support, parts, and scheduling) to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on‑site.
• Travel to various customer locations as required, sometimes at short notice.

• Previous experience in a Field Service, Maintenance or Engineering role.
• Hands‑on experience with installing, maintaining or repairing technical equipment or machinery.
• Familiarity with health and safety procedures and working on customer sites.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
• A full, clean driving licence is often required.
