Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide patient-centered care in home settings across Oklahoma. You will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing evaluations, and plan care according to physician orders while maintaining HIPAA privacy.
Travel between patient homes will be required. A current RN license, nursing degree, and at least one year of clinical experience are needed;
