Honeycomb is excited to be supporting a well-established bank in Northern Ireland in the search for a Customer Service Advisor based in Irvinestown. This temporary, ongoing position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected business that places strong emphasis on community and customer care.
Responsibilities- Deliver first-class service, ensuring customers feel supported at every step.
- Match customers with the most appropriate banking products and services.
- Promote and encourage the use of online and self-service banking channels.
- Handle transactions with accuracy, always adhering to compliance and internal controls.
- Work closely with colleagues to foster a supportive and efficient team environment.
We re seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoys working in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Essential Requirements- Previous experience in a role involving direct customer interaction.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated, with a positive outlook.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organised and detail-conscious with effective time management.
- Background in banking or financial services would be an advantage.
