Days & Nights - 12 hour shifts

A leading food manufacturing site in Enniskillen is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established engineering team. This is a hands-on Maintenance Engineer role within a high-volume FMCG environment supplying major UK and Ireland brands.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will work a rotating days and nights shift pattern, supporting production through reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and continuous improvement activity.

The Role – Maintenance Engineer

Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production and packaging machinery
Reactive breakdown response and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Use of CMMS to log maintenance activity and parts usage
Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
Identify root cause issues and reduce repeat breakdowns
Maintain high food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards

About You

Experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
Strong electrical and mechanical background
FMCG or food manufacturing experience preferred
Comfortable working days and nights
Proactive, hands-on and reliability focused
