Parts Advisor

Job Description

Our client is a car dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.

• Deliver a modern and efficient parts service
• Maintain a high level of service to the workshop to keep technicians productive
• Ensure electronic up‑sell VHCs are completed promptly
• Be a strong all‑rounder with knowledge of all parts department aspects
• Handle goods‑in processes
• Identify parts accurately
• Process orders
• Perform perpetual stock checking and rotation
• Manage parts returns and liaise with Service on parts‑related matters
• Be customer focused and prioritise workload to meet expectations
• Use technical/mechanical understanding to aid parts identification and up‑sell technique

• Experience as a Parts Advisor at a main dealer
• Preferably experience with Autoline / Kerridge
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude and approach
• Valid driving licence

Basic up to £27,000 depending on experience – OTE £30,000

Monday to Friday – 45 Hours, overtime available
