I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join an award winning house builder on a permanent basis, working on a new build residential project in Epsom, Surrey.

The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading house builders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a new build residential project in Epsom, Surrey, comprising 88 traditional build houses and flats. The project is currently at the groundworks stage with foundations about to commence.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Site Manager
• Track record working for a reputable house builder
• Health & Safety conscious
• Career driven and ambitious
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to Epsom, Surrey on a daily basis
