Apprenticeship Details

Our apprenticeships give you insight into a wide variety of work areas and the opportunity to explore where your skills and interests lie. Through on‑the‑job learning and practical skill development you will work towards a professional qualification. From day one you will work on real projects that offer scale and variety, collaborating with others and creating meaningful impact.

We support you with dedicated mentors, technical specialists and a continuous learning and development framework. You will earn a meaningful salary from day one and we proudly pay the Real Living Wage for Level 6 apprenticeships.

Apprenticeship Levels
  • Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship – Network Cable Installer – Business area:
    Transportation
  • Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship – Building Services Engineer – Business area:
    Infrastructure
  • Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship – Civil Engineer – Business areas:
    Infrastructure & Transportation
  • Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship – Electro‑Mechanical Engineer – Business area:
    Infrastructure

Entry requirements are aligned with the relevant apprenticeship standard. Refer to each apprenticeship standard for detailed academic requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop your skills through a wide range of exciting projects.
  • Learn and use relevant design software and technology.
  • Participate in client meetings and help build key client relationships.
  • Gain digital skills to harness technology in new ways.
  • Study toward nationally recognised qualifications with mentor support.
  • Dedicate time to college or university studies.
