• Support clients in their own homes and communities by delivering tailored care.
• Perform clinical interventions, assistance with personal care routines and support clients to live fulfilling lives.
• Help clients enjoy meaningful moments – spending time with family, community outings, everyday activities.
• Manage evening shifts, including bedtime routines and offering reassurance.
• Work with younger clients by encouraging engagement and supporting their development through play and interaction.

• 3 months’ care experience.
• Confident with medication administration, personal care, moving and handling.
• Exposure to complex care.
