• Develop your managerial skills by setting objectives with rotation leads and the Deputy Chief Pharmacist.
• Collaborate with lead pharmacists to maintain evidence-based treatment guidelines and contribute to Pharmacy and Trust policies.
• Ensure that practice changes meet required standards across the Trust, working closely with pharmacy area leads.
• Step in for the rotation leads when necessary, ensuring seamless operation.
• Monitor and improve services in your rotational area, coordinating with area pharmacy leads for continuous enhancement.
• Hold HCPC registration and meet the necessary clinical pharmacist competencies.
