Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid (Epsom area (1 / 2 days a week) - Permanent - Up to £60k

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our clients IT team. You will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring our technology solutions align perfectly with strategic goals.

This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives in both Waterfall and Agile environments and can help guide our organization through its Agile transition.

• End-to-End Delivery :
  Lead early scoping, requirements elicitation, and the creation of business cases.
• Agile Documentation :
  Translate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories with robust acceptance criteria.
• Process Mapping :
  Develop "As-Is" and "To-Be" flows, wireframes, and story maps.
• Testing & Rollout :
  Coordinate UAT plans, support system testing, and deliver user training materials.
• Leadership :
  Contribute to the BA Centre of Excellence and mentor junior team members.

• Experience : 2+ years in a Senior BA role within an IT environment.
• Agile Expertise :
  Proven experience in Scrum / Agile; SAFe certifications or experience is a significant plus.
• Technical Literacy :
  Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Sector Knowledge :
  Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Pharma Distribution is highly advantageous.
• Application Skills :
  Familiarity with Microlise, Manhattan Active, or Knapp is a plus.
• Communication :
  Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
