Réalis to apply for this role. The Infrastructure Project Delivery Practice (PDP) is the centre of excellence for delivering infrastructure projects and combines the best in project management and design management to provide a full suite of services to clients in the public and private sectors.
We have several exciting vacancies for talented Project Managers to join our teams across the UK in our expanding Water Infrastructure market. Positions are likely to combine agile working from one of our hub offices, with some time spent at client offices.
Your Role- Delivery of project management and contract administration through the project life cycle.
- Ensure a common understanding of requirements and scope, programme, costs, constraints, risk and interfaces across the team.
- Management of the day-to-day client relationship.
- Deliver governance arrangements for projects within business policies and procedures to ensure a robust outcome.
- Negotiate and administer change control in accordance with the contract. Management of risks through the project life cycle.
- Clear and accurate monitoring and reporting of project performance against programme, technical quality, financial and KPI targets; both internally and externally.
- As a project leader, build, motivate, guide and develop project teams.
- Cognisant delivery of projects and tasks in accordance with the Atkins

- An engineering background, with design management, project management and contract administration experience.
- Experience in a Project Management position.
- Experience in the water industry is preferable but not essential.
- Experience working with Contractor organisations, ideally in a Design & Build environment. Understands and has experience in deploying various forms of construction contract, in particular NEC3 or 4.
- Experience of managing design projects or assisting in the management of projects from inception to completion.
- Experience of working closely with multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a proactive and flexible working attitude, is adaptable and responds positively in response to challenges.
