Maths For Life Limited is growing and needs help to sustain and accelerate that growth. We are looking for a Sales & Training Manager to join the team and help spread the word that we exist.

It will involve elements of industry networking, direct customer communications, and delivery of training. It is more ‘answering customer enquiries’ sales rather than cold calling. The role will suit a self-starter who likes talking, is willing to travel and isn’t afraid of headteachers.

• Attendance at education conferences and exhibitions – UK & abroad
• Representing the company at events
• Hosting the ‘Talk to the team’ and Q&A online Zoom sessions
• Leading training sessions
• Management of sales pipeline
• Customer communications
• Contribution to sales & marketing activities

As part of our collaborative team, you will be encouraged to be creative, bring your ideas to the table and input into company decisions. We always aim to work smarter not harder.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Effective communicator across all types of medium – video, telephone, written
• Technically capable and willing to train on new technologies
• Understanding of the education industry and an appreciation of SEN
• The ability to prioritise workload and manage your time
• An appreciation of small business operations
