Who are we looking for?We are seeking a site‑based Control Room Security Manager who can manage a security team and maintain an efficient, flexible and motivated workforce.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.

- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- A valid SIA Front‑Line Licence – essential.
- Previous control room management experience.
- Confidence and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel).
- Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards.
- Operationally manage a team of access‑control administrators for remote locations.
- Manage the access‑control email inbox.
- Hold routine meetings with Corps Security management team and clients.
- Respond to and action access‑control requests for remote sites.
- Safeguard company assets, including people, buildings and information.
- Implement security policies.
- Undertake security threat and risk assessments.
- Lead ad‑hoc projects as directed by the client or Corps Security management team.
- Identify practical areas for team development in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
- Lead, manage and motivate direct reports: goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, coaching and development planning; monitor attendance and timekeeping.
- Prompt and accurate submission of all required reports and performance documentation.
- Effective rostering of site personnel.
- Achieve company KPIs and assist investigation of non‑conformance.
