Parts Supervisor  – Epsom
- Prestige Main Dealership - £36,000 basic

A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Parts Supervisor working within the Parts department for a main dealership in Epsom.

Monday to Friday 08.00– 18.00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Saturday 08.00 – 13.00 on a rota basis will be required paid as extra hours
Up to £46,000 OTEKey role and responsibilities for this Parts Supervisor role in  Epsom:

Update the Aftersales Manager on any backorder issues and follow the Mercedes parts escalation process
Oversee the parts team, offering guidance, training and performance support
Work directly with customers to identify their parts needs and help source the correct items
Handle customer complaints quickly and effectively, escalating anything unresolved to the Aftersales Manager
Aim to exceed expectations for both internal and external customers by delivering strong service consistently
Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control 
Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date Minimum requirements for this Parts Supervisor role in Epsom:

You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. Ideally, we’re looking for an existing Parts Supervisor/Advisor.
Background in a main dealer parts department at supervisor level
Confident using Kerridge
Familiar with Mercedes-Benz parts and systems
Strong attention to detail with accurate record keeping and documentation
You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently.
