Role Overview

The New Business Representative will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers and intermediaries, providing accurate information about the Society’s products and services. The role involves handling enquiries, issuing documentation, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer and intermediary enquiries via phone (inbound/outbound)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  • Issue literature, illustrations, and application forms
  • Promote products and services (non-advisory)
  • Perform administrative tasks and support team members
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • GCSE grades above C in English and Maths
  • Right to work in the UK
