We have Seasonal contracts that run unbroken from 17th March 2026 until 6th September 2026
.

We also have Guaranteed Hours contracts (circa 400 hours) that will cover the following periods:
13th May 2026 to 7th June 2026 and 20th July 2026 to 6th September 2026
.

This role includes weekend and evening work. There may be some opportunities for overtime shifts outside of these periods.

Salary: PR 11.6 - £28,909 pa pro rata (full time). Hourly salary is currently £17.30 per hour. HRP intends to continue its commitment to honouring the London Living Wage increase from 1st April 2026.

Full training will be provided.

You will be joining our friendly and experienced team during the summer period. We will host events such as the annual Music Festival and Food Festivals, alongside live programming and interpretation.

You will work as part of the team across the site in a varied role, monitoring historic rooms, interacting with visitors, checking tickets at entrances, ensuring exceptional service, and safeguarding the site, its objects and people. Additional duties may be reasonably required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, security, and teamwork. You should be at a suitable level of fitness to carry out the job both indoors and outdoors, including evening events. An interest and knowledge of history is advantageous but not essential.
