We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Food and Beverage Team Member. If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you!

About the role

Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals.

Other responsibilities will include
  • Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining.
  • Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
  • Keeping front of house clean, tidy and well‑presented, and that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
  • Ensuring fresh homemade cakes / biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas are replenished throughout the day as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
  • Being aware of resident’s dietary requirements.
About you

Our ideal candidate must
  • Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
  • Have experience of working in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
  • A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
