Office Administrator role
Part-time 3 days a week in Brentwood

Key responsibilities- Maintain and organize project documents, including contracts, plans, permits, and specifications.
- Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project-related paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members, which can include scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with creating project timelines, preparing budgets, and organizing safety documents.
- Liaise with various stakeholders such as clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project flows.
