- Provide administrative and commercial support to the Business Manager (A1 Cake Mixes) and National Account Manager (Kluman & Balter).
- Manage customer demand and ensure smooth order processing, including liaising with blending partners, suppliers, and logistics providers.
- Process direct sales orders and confirm delivery dates with customers.
- Maintain accurate product and pricing files on internal systems.
- Book third‑party haulage and track logistics costs.
- Support technical and NPD teams with sample orders and follow‑ups.
- Monitor customer order activity, chase outstanding orders, and provide month‑end performance reports.
- Ensure efficient management of administrative requirements and resolve issues promptly, including credit risks and quality concerns.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to critical deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- IT literacy and data entry experience, with demonstrable Excel ability.
- Proactive, diligent, and highly organised approach.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role; food industry experience (preferably ambient ingredients) is desirable but not essential.
