Our client is looking for a quantity surveyor to work on high-profile projects including major new build industrial plants. You’ll manage project costs and contractual relationships from mobilisation through to final accounts. You’ll also mentor juniors and play a key role in shaping project success aligned with client goals. • Manage procurement, subcontract valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts preparation
• Review designs for cost implications and identify value engineering opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
• Product training

• Level 8 Quantity Surveying degree or higher
• 3+ years’ relevant experience with subcontractor and client management
• IT skills
• Full UK driving license
• Commutable to Essex
