ATP Architects & Building Surveyors is looking for an Architectural Project Lead to join our team in Loughton. This is a full‑time, permanent position.

We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of residential construction methods and proven technical expertise.

• Provide direction and advice on technical/product knowledge and detailing, including coordination and workshops with manufacturers.
• Act as part of the Lead Consultant team, managing consultants employed by the client to ensure delivery of their work within the programme.
• Report regular updates to clients.
• Deliver a quality service for all projects that meets and exceeds client expectations.
• Provide and maintain high standards of design, construction and contract management.
• Check drawings and specifications prepared by ATP and the consultant team for coordination, technical accuracy and compliance with appropriate standards.
• Provide architectural detail design advice to clients.
• Prepare technical documentation and oversee the production of drawings.

• Evidence of excellent design and technical understanding.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Versatile use of media in the development and documentation of design projects.
• Understanding of construction technologies.
• Knowledge of the planning process, policies, building regulations, NHBC standards and all overarching technical standards.
• Advanced use of AutoCAD and Revit in preparation of architectural drawings.
