Finance Business Partner

An exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a dynamic organisation as a Finance Business Partner. This role is central to delivering high-quality financial insight and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance and strategic decision-making.

You will provide financial leadership across multiple business areas, ensuring robust reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Working closely with operational and leadership teams, you will deliver clear, actionable insight that supports business objectives and optimises outcomes.

• Prepare and deliver annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic estimates within a strong financial control framework
• Produce accurate and timely management reporting with clear analysis of key drivers
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and control
• Conduct regular financial reviews, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Support business case development and provide commercial analysis for key initiatives
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight and advice on performance against KPIs
• Contribute to strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 5 years PQE
• Proven experience in finance business partnering with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability; ERP experience beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
