Job SummaryClaimont Health has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nursing Assistant. This role will be based in the community supporting an adult client with spinal injury and complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support role is available on a full time or bank staff basis.
Responsibilities- Provide high quality, dynamic and experienced domiciliary home care for people with spinal injury.
- Maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
- Deliver client specific care with commitment to mandatory training, attendance and engagement.
- Communicate highly complex or sensitive information effectively and overcome barriers to understanding.
- Work independently and as part of a team across multiple areas.
- 1 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker working with people with spinal injury.
- NVQ Level 3 related subjects.
- NVQ Level 4 related subjects.
- Nursery nurse qualification or similar.
- Diploma in relevant health/social subject.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask.
- Commitment to delivering client‑specific care.
- Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members.
- Commitment to Information Governance, Data Protection and safeguarding.
