MPI are recruiting Aircraft Mechs / Fitters for Outside IR35 Contract

Start January 2026 - Long Term Contract

£28.05ph Outside IR35

Day Shift - 5-5-4

Must have your own tools.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Have completed a recognised apprenticeship, formal training program or able to demonstrate comparable qualifications and experience. (including HF/SFAR
88 and EWIS)

• Have experience working in a Base Maintenance environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of Bombardier, Embraer or similar type aircraft.

• Good understanding of Health and Safety, Human Factors and Regulatory requirements.

• Flexible worker who is prepared to adjust working hours to meet operational demands.

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must have legal authorisation and the right to work in the UK.

• Full clean UK driving licence.

• Ability to obtain security clearance and hold an airside .
