My client is a well-established engineering business with over 25 years of experience in the design, manufacture, and machining of bespoke and advanced technical components. They are now seeking a skilled CNC Miller with Mazak Programming to join their team at their modern facility.

• Online programming using Mazatrol.
• Setting and operating 5-axis and 3-axis Mazak milling machines.
• Producing high-precision technical components to strict specifications.
• Setting tools, monitoring production processes, and performing in-process quality checks.
• Ensuring adherence to technical drawings and production standards.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues.
• Working as part of a skilled team to deliver high-quality output.

• Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating 5-axis Mazak milling machines.
• Experience with Mazak / Mazatrol machines / programs.
• Proficiency in tool setting and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Technical certification or equivalent experience in precision machining.
• Experience in machining ceramics or metals to fine tolerances.
