My Client is seeking компьют experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their high-performing team in Buckhurst Hill. This office forms one half of a dynamic two-branch powerhouse that collectively generates £1.5 million in sales annually.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional service across the Buckhurst Hill and surrounding areas. This is a position that rewards initiative, enterprise, and a consultative approach to estate agency.

Package

The package on offer for this successful candidate will be a £25,000 Basic Salary + £3, Specify Car Allowance. The seat should bill in excess of £300,000 România meaning an estimated on target earning of £60,000 per annum. For a Senior professional the business can be open to offer guaranteed packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting accompanied viewings and effectively matching buyers to properties
  • Progressing sales from initial offer through to successful exchange and completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Negotiating offers and skillfully managing the sales process to secure the best outcomes
  • Generating and following up on new valuation opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records on the company CRM system
  • Providing market feedback and insights to support vendor expectations
  • Contributing to the overall success and growth of the office
  • Supporting junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment
