Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative is accountable to respond to customer inquiries, manage marketing credit products and services, and support the branch team in a professional and courteous manner.

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits.
• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”.
• Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices.
• Completes administrative correspondence.
• Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory.
• Champions Nutrien’s culture of care and complies with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards.

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous SAP experience is an asset.
