Location: CarnduffWhat you’ll do:
Develop and promote a friendly and co-operative attitude in the workplace each day.Oversee the operation and administration of the gas bar and c-store functions.Ensure the receiving and handling of merchandise meets organizational policies, procedures, and standards.Help to achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits.Provide leadership in the areas of outstanding customer service, loss prevention and health & safety.Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers.Perform additional duties as assigned.Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will work closely with the location team members and the General Manager of Carnduff Co-op. The C-Store Manager will have 12 direct reports. This co-op strives to cultivate a culture of community, diversity, and collaboration.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
Have 4-6 years of retail experience, including 2 years of leadership experience.Have a high school diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).You are honest and trustworthy.What we offer:
