Company Description
A leading Print and Packaging manufacturer is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Compensation
$65,000 to $70,000 salary, plus benefits and bonus.
Position Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s clients and internal production teams by managing order entry, job documentation, and workflow coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a team-driven, customer-focused environment. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and timely support.Accurately enter and manage print orders into the system, ensuring all specifications and details are complete.Prepare and maintain order documentation including job tickets, proofs, and shipping information.Coordinate with internal teams (production, prepress, logistics) to ensure job flow and priorities are aligned.Proactively manage and prioritize multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Resolve issues quickly and professionally, escalating concerns as needed.Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and team collaboration.Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service in a print manufacturing environment required.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of print production workflows and terminology is a must.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with print MIS/order management systems is an asset.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.Positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
