Position: CAD Drafting
JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES:Review of plans, details and specifications for upcoming projects from plans and specifications focused on roofing and waterproofing detailsCommunicate with the design authority and end user , contractor, as to specifics of the expansion joints configurationPrepare expansion joint layouts on AutoCAD for quoting purposes based on reviewed expansion joints layouts by design authority or customerCreate custom expansion joint details for non-standard conditions, on a project-to-project basisWork alongside other drafting technicians to coordinate workload and collaborate on more demanding projects as neededMaintain organized and timely deliverables for sales and production departmentsCommunicate deadlines and timelines clearly and consistently with sales and quotations departmentsQUALIFICATIONS:Must be proficient in D AutoCAD, years + experienceExcellent written and oral communicationFluency in English a mustExcellent Communication skills required, be able to discuss details at a technical level with customers and design authorityAble to read architectural drawings/blueprints.Reliable and keen eye to detailDuration: TEMP Part-time Position
Working hours::am to :pm Monday to Friday - TBA
