About the Role
Our client, a growing fintech company, is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in both React Native (frontend) and Node.js (backend) development. You’ll collaborate with product managers and backend/frontend engineers to build high-performance, user-friendly mobile and web applications. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about building polished experiences and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable web & backend services (Node.js + React)

Build robust internal tools, APIs, and admin dashboards for our operations, risk, and growth teams

Optimize performance across transaction flows, user interactions, and merchant integrations

Participate in architecture decisions and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency

Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to iterate quickly on new ideas

Ensure platform security, observability, and maintainability through solid engineering practices

You Might Be a Fit If You:

Have 5+ years of full stack development experience, ideally in high- traffic or transaction-heavy products

Experience with payment gateways

Are fluent in Node.js, TypeScript, and Reac

Have experience with SQL/No

SQL databases (e.g., Postgre

SQL, Mongo

DB), API design, and authentication/authorization flows

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code—and care about long- term quality

Thrive in fast-paced startup environments and take full ownership of features

Are curious about the business side of things, and enjoy working closely with product or ops teams

Nice to haves:

Have worked on web3, fintech, e-commerce, loyalty, or digital wallet products (a plus)

Hands on experience with React Native preferred
