What You Will Be Accountable for…
Developing leads and writing new business for SME, mid-large commercial accounts.Building and managing a book of business by hitting the road and making connections with prospective business owners.Providing sound insurance advice and creative solutions through detailed needs assessments.Increasing innovative cross-selling and up-selling techniques to WOW clients.Partnering with underwriters and championing quality business decisions.Mastering insurer portals, underwriting guidelines and daily workflow processes.Building and nurturing strong relationships with industry partners.What You Bring to the Table…
A RIBO License, check!At least 5 years of experience in the commercial insurance game, brokerage side.An eagle eye for detail and organized enough to juggle more than one task at a time.A hunter that likes to get out in the world and network continuously for leads.Exceptional communication with a collaborative nature.Positive attitude and energetic interpersonal skills.A clear understanding of underwriting guidelines and broker workflows like the back of your hand.Strong work ethic and a super team player.Prioritizing your clients and follow up with quick actions.A high comfort in writing new business.Vast experience with markets and company portals.A Windows wizard with experience working on Applied TAM & Rating Services.Interested candidates please call or text Danielle at .
