  • Support bring-up activities, including running scripts and assisting with software testing.
  • Conduct light diagnosis and troubleshooting of vehicle issues.
  • Execute daily tasks to ensure timely project completion and delivery.
  • Provide feedback to engineering and development teams to support product improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments as needed.
  • Follow Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a technician or in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of basic electrical theory
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics and harness drawings
  • Knowledge of CAN/LIN network systems
  • Bonus

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in automotive technology
  • Automotive/OEM experience
  • Benefits:

  • Employer (Hire Art) subsidized healthcare benefits (eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 days of service)
  • Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs
  • Hire Art covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance
  • 401k package
  • Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via Hire Art. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Fremont, CA area.
