Job description
Hire Art is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Logistics Associate to support warehouse operations, material flow, and production delivery activities.
In this role, you’ll execute core warehouse processes, maintain
inventory accuracy, support kitting and lineside delivery, and ensure materials move efficiently from receiving to production. You’ll collaborate closely with production, logistics, and operations teams to deliver a seamless internal customer experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a
fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
As a Logistics Associate, you will:Execute material flow processes across the warehouse, including dock operations, production delivery, and shipping (via forklift, foot transport, and other methods).Use warehouse systems to input, retrieve, and track inventory and parts movements.Pull and deliver materials to assigned production areas based on the production schedule.Resolve inventory discrepancies through physical counts and system updates.Follow all warehouse safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.Uncrate critical components for general assembly customers.Support indirect material storage and collaborate with stakeholders across the network.Ensure timely, accurate parts delivery to general assembly and base operations teams.Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of urgency in daily operations.Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of industry experience or HS diploma/GED with 8-10 years of experienceBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screenCompliance with the Substance Abuse PolicyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlinesAbility to operate heavy warehouse equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure“Get it done” attitude with a sense of urgencyAbility to collaborate effectively across warehouse and production teams in a fast-paced environmentExperience with SAP is a plusBenefits:Pre-tax commuter benefitsEmployer (Hire Art) subsidized healthcare benefits (eligibility begins 90 days after start date)Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costsHire Art covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance401k packageCommitment:This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via Hire Art.
