What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications

• Collaborate across departments and provide technical support

• Debug complex issues and optimize performance

• Maintain clean and detailed technical documentation

• Build and improve unit and integration testing pipelines

• Rapidly onboard and contribute to existing projects✅
Must-Have

Skills & Experience:



• 5+ years in professional Java development
Experience leading projects

• Strong in object-oriented programming principles (OOP), generics, lambda expressions, concurrency

• Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Web Flux

• Advanced knowledge of multi-threading and concurrent programming

• Strong ability to read, analyze, and work with existing source code.

• Database:
Expert knowledge of SQL and MySQL.

• Advanced SQL/MySQL + Redis expertise

• Strong experience with Dev Ops,
AWS
, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in Mandarin (required)

✨ Nice-to-Have:

• Payment/ accounting system financial institution experience

• Web3 experience

• Startup or high-pressure environment experience

• Familiarity with advanced debugging tools

• Ability to take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery
