Location: Broadway
A busy country house hotel in Worcestershire is seeking a Chef de Partie.
This role offers a salary of £33k - £34k per year, including live-in accommodation and tips. You will work in a Rosette standard kitchen, preparing dishes with fresh, local ingredients, and contributing to restaurant service without banqueting. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a 1AA rosette kitchen and be able to work unsupervised. Career progression opportunities are available.
