This fast‑growing, highly regarded chartered firm acts for a wide range of clients, with a key growth area identified within their Professional Services and legal sector client base. There is structured investment to further develop this service line, and they are looking to bolster the team with individuals at part‑qualified, finalist, and qualified levels, offering genuine progression opportunities. Mixed hybrid home-to-office working and excellent benefits are available.
As a Senior Accountant – Professional Practices based in Exeter, you will act for a variety of legal firms and have a hands‑on role preparing and reviewing statutory annual accounts for limited companies and limited liability partnerships, along with associated tax computations. You will also have opportunities to involve yourself in SAR and grow your advisory project work, identifying areas for tax planning and accounting advisory for clients.
ProfileApplicants may be part‑qualified, finalists, or qualified ACA/ACCA professionals with one to two years of post‑qualified experience. Experience working within firms of accountants of any size, preparing year‑end accounts, tax returns and ancillary services is required. Experience with solicitors or the legal profession is advantageous, but applicants from other industry backgrounds are also considered. You should be looking to progress your career post‑qualification, taking on more responsibility, client contact and technical progression.

Salary:
