A leading accountancy practice based in Exeter seeks a Personal Tax Manager to join their highly regarded tax team. The role arose through growth and future planning, offering a clear path to progress.

You will join the firm as a Personal Tax Manager, delivering personal tax and advisory services to a wide ranging client base of directors of owner‑managed businesses, property clients, high net worth individuals, trusts, landed estates, and other clients. You will take a client fronting role, overseeing the provision of advisory services across personal tax issues, including IHT, CGT, and other matters.

You will manage a wider team and play a key role in their development, helping to grow and develop the firm’s personal tax service lines.

Qualifications:

ACA, ACCA, CTA, STEP, or equivalent personal tax, compliance and advisory focus. Experience in a top‑tier accountancy practice, a mid/major firm, or an independent firm’s private client services. Seeking a challenging career opportunity with a clear route to progress within a leading firm of accountants.
