• Level 7 Accountancy / Taxation Professional Apprenticeship with tailored training and development.
• Support from ICAEW as an esteemed partner in learning.
• Achievement of a globally recognised ACA or ACA/CTA qualification.
• Hands‑on experience from day one in Audit, Accounting or Tax teams.
• Exposure to a diverse client base across multiple industries.
• Choice of two streams – either a fast‑growing audit department or a Launchpad scheme with rotations across Accountancy, Audit and Tax teams.
• Opportunities for business development and CSR initiatives, sports and social activities.
• Recognition as 11th in the Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2025 and an Outstanding Ofsted rating.

• Three A Levels (or equivalent) with a minimum of BBC/112 (280) UCAS points.
• Nine GCSEs 9‑5 (A*‑C), including at least Grade 6 (B) in Maths and English.
