Child and Family Health Devon (CFHD) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our Safeguarding Team – working bases will be in Capital Court and County Hall, Exeter.

The Senior Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Specialist Safeguarding Team by processing safeguarding information and providing general administrative and organisational support for the wider business support function.

This is a permanent, part‑time position (32 hours per week, Mon‑Thur 9.30‑4.30, Fri 9.30‑4.00) with all the usual NHS benefits.

• Use of electronic systems (patient record)
• Preparation of sensitive electronic and paper files
• Data entry
• Shared mailboxes
• Appointment and training scheduling
• Note taking of team meetings
• General administrative tasks

Successful applicants will be employed by Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust.
