New Build Aftercare Assistant Peterborough, Boston or Lincoln (Hybrid) £28,200 per annum Join Amplius as a New Build Aftercare Assistant! You’ll help ensure a seamless, customer-focused service during the defects liability period, providing essential administrative support, coordinating warranty claims, managing communications, and acting as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Salary: £28,200 per year

Contract:

Permanent, part time Your week : 20 hours across Monday to Friday - daily hours to be confirmed at interview Location :
Hybrid, with a regular presence in either our Peterborough, Boston or Lincoln office Snapshot of your role Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Aftercare Team, including managing communications, data entry, and CRM updates. Coordinate meetings, documentation, and minute-taking for internal teams, external partners, and Developer performance reviews. Take ownership of administration tasks related to the defects liability period and warranty claims.

Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer service. Assist with customer enquiries, complaints, and call handling, ensuring empathetic and professional responses. Support financial processes, including raising and managing purchase orders and coordinating shared ownership repairs funds. Monitor customer feedback, track performance, and contribute to process improvements to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency What we’re looking for Experience in administrative, customer-facing roles, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach. High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, able to work independently or collaboratively.
